The Body in Motion Fitness program was created by Dr. Justin Dukes. As a Chiropractor and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, he has seen patients struggle with the same pains and injuries time and time again. Most of these recurring problems are caused by key strength and mobility issues. Wanting to rectify this problem and bridge the gap from rehab back to optimal performance, Justin created a fitness program to address the common issues he sees regularly in his practice.


If you are an active person experiencing recurring pain and/or injuries from the activities you love, this program was designed with you in mind. The program is designed to help you gain better mobility and strength, in turn, improving those key functional issues so you can continue your active lifestyle pain and injury free.

The program also aims to offset the effects that work and life have on the body. You will become more mobile and stable in all ranges of motion. The exercises will challenge you in multiple planes of movement, building a better base for the activities you love.
