Our strength for runners programs are designed to compliment your training. We offer both in-season and off-season programs to build and maintain the strength required to hit your running goals.


In-Season Strength For Runners

The in-season strength for runners program is designed to complement a 12-16 week training cycle for any distance. The focus is on maintaining strength and mobility in key areas of the body that are under stress while running.

The plan contains two strength workouts per week, paired with mobility focussed warm-ups.

Off-Season Strength For Runners

The off-season strength for runners program focusses on building strength. This plan is designed to be used between training cycles when the goal is to create a strong base.

The plan contains three strength workouts per week paired with mobility focussed warm-ups, over a two-month period. This allows enough time for runners to build strength so that they can start their next training cycle as a more durable and prepared athlete.
