Body In Motion is an official LEVER Movement Body Weight Support location.

What is Body Weight Support?

Body Weight Support (BWS) is any method of suspending partial or all of your body weight while standing or in motion.

How much weight can the LEVER BWS system take off?

The LEVER system can support up to 45 lbs of your body weight. As an example for a 150 lb runner, supporting 45 lbs means they would be running at 70% of their body weight.

When should I use BWS?

BWS can be used to help return from injury, work on technique and running form or at any time during a regular training regimen to see performance enhancement.

How does BWS help in return from injury?

Utilizing a BWS system allows for a return to walking/running while reducing the load on the healing tissues.

How does BWS help in performance enhancement?

Utilizing a BWS system within a training plan allows for decreased load during recovery runs, double run days, increasing mileage and allows for focussed overspeed work.
