Our functional strength training programs are designed with a focus on stability, mobility or power across eight types of movement.


Strength Training

The core of each session is our focus on building functional strength to carry you through the activities you love.

Focussed Resistance Challenges

Resistance challenges allow us to measure and track your progress so that the workouts continue to both challenge you and grow with you.

Mobility Warm-Up

Each session starts with a combination of dynamic and static mobility warm-ups that will set the tone for the workout.

Balance & Coordination Challenges

Balance is a key factor in functional strength, but also allows for a fun and dynamic way to train the mind-body connections.


Training Program Blocks

Our functional strength training programs are designed and delivered in monthly blocks which allow us to provide high quality, individualized coaching and instruction in a convenient app-based system.

Training programs are packaged in 2-month and 4-month series allowing you to build and adapt your training as your goals progress.



One-on-One Training Sessions

Interested in our programming but feel more comfortable with private sessions? We offer those as well! Each of our trainers have blocks of time available for one-on-one training sessions throughout the day.
