Our virtual running assessments focus on mechanics, efficiency, drills, and unlocking your running potential. Efficient movement is the key to breaking through to your next PR, whether that is running your first full mile or hitting your first Boston Qualifier.


The initial session of every Virtual Running Assessment consists of a 30-minute one-on-one video conference call so that we can understand your goals and take you through our Running Readiness evaluation.

After the initial assessment, we will provide you with personalized drills and exercises to work on. Based on your individual starting point and goals, we will then schedule you for 2-4 additional video conference sessions so that we can update your exercises and track your progression.

To access your video conference appointment on your iPhone or iPad, you need to download the “Jane Online Appointments App”.

Once you have it installed, follow the same steps outlined in the video above to begin your call from the link in either your email confirmation or on your online account. After you click on the consent form, the app will open and start your video conference.
